Jim Edwards spent a few days in DC and took this video at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
"For some reason I thought the only time a wreath was laid at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier was when the president did it on Memorial Day. During my recent D.C. Trip I found out families are invited to do so in honor of lost loved ones. Here's a video I shot. It's very moving."
