Boynton Beach Police Chief Jeffrey Katz is providing more details about four officers who now face federal charges in connection to a traffic stop in August of 2014.

Michael Brown and Phillip Antico still work for the agency and they are on paid leave.  Ronald Ryan and Justin Harris are no longer with the department.

Video from a sheriff's chopper appears to show the officers roughing up Byron Harris after a he led them on a high speed chase.

The city has settled a suit with the man for $600,000.

Chief Katz admits that it's been an unfortunate month for his department.  Officer Nicholas Prince was placed on paid leave last week amid accusations that he drove a marked police vehicle while drunk.

Cellphone video appears to show Prince, who was off duty at the time, threatening violence upon the owner of Kocomo's Bar and Grill in Loxahatchee before driving off in the vehicle.
