COVID-19 testing through your saliva is available in Royal Palm Beach three days a week.

The testing is being done Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Commons Park.

A Wellington-based company is conducting the tests at no charge and the procedure is a lot less invasive than the nasal swabs. You just spit into a tube.

The testing location is in the front parking lot of the park off Royal Palm Beach Boulevard.

Testing is happening from 9 a.m. to noon and again from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday. The times are the same on Fridays, but Wednesdays lack the late afternoon time slot.

No appointments are needed, and drive-up service is available.

The testing continues for 18 weeks.
