Felony Biden Charges, Conspiracies Busted & UAW’s Issues – Top 3 Takeaways

Felony Biden Charges, Conspiracies Busted & The UAW’s Issues – Top 3 Takeaways – September 15th, 2023

  1. Not everything is a conspiracy. Hunter Biden’s federal indictment on three federal gun charges on Thursday is the first shoe to drop following five years' worth of investigations and untold numbers of conspiracy theories having been bandied about. It’s also something I spoke to on August 14th, in the wake of AG Merrick Garland elevating David Weiss to special counsel status, the Hunter Biden investigation my takeaways that day were entitled: Merrick Garland Lied & Not Everything is a Conspiracy... And in that those takeaways I said this: Conspiracies are conspiracies but not everything is a conspiracy. There are two sides to stories and one side to facts. That’s where I prefer to operate so let’s talk about the knowns of Friday’s appointment of David Weiss as special counsel. Repeatedly when questioned, and as recently as June 23rd, Merrick Garland stated that David Weiss “had full authority” over the Hunter Biden case and quoting him: I don't know how it would be possible for anybody to block him from bringing a prosecution. On Friday Garland told the country point blank that he lied to us. And that he had been lying to us right along. If Weiss had the “full authority” he needed, he’d not need to be granted special prosecutor status – which allows him to charge in any jurisdiction – not just in Delaware. This is an immovable fact. And given that one of the whistleblowers had already implied that Merrick Garland had lied under oath before Congress – this effectively is an admission that’s the case. What this also tells us is that Garland realized he’d become backed into such a corner by his own dishonesty and willingness to attempt to cover for his boss – that this admission for those who’re paying attention is the lesser of two evils for him. Consider that one for a moment. The implications are deeper than any of the conspiratorial hot takes I’ve heard or read flying around.  Ordinarily a special prosecutor being named starts a lengthy investigative process. This time it could be entirely different. David Weiss has been investigating for five years. He allegedly wanted to bring charges he wasn’t previously allowed to bring within the DOJ, that he now could. If this isn’t the coverup conspiracy theory...
  2. This could move much faster than most evidently realize. In life it’s the case that most often the most obvious explanation is the best explanation. I have on good authority that Weiss gave Garland a noon deadline on Friday to name Weiss as a special prosecutor in the Biden case...or that Weiss was going to come public contradicting the AG’s statement that he’d never asked for the designation. The designation which would allow for him to be able to properly try the cases the whistleblowers said he had attempted to bring. Yes, Weiss could have ulterior motives. Yes, it could be a conspiratorial coverup of sorts. But yes, it’s also possible that the whistleblowers were right, as is my source, and that Weiss has appeared to be weak in the process to date (including the sweetheart plea deal for Hunter on tax and gun charges) because he didn’t have a choice. Under his previous designation Merrick Garland had to sign off on any charges he would bring. Has anyone stopped to consider that the sweetheart plea deal was entirely a byproduct of what Garland was willing to approve as opposed to Weiss’ preference? As special prosecutor Weiss no longer directly answers to Garland. Yes, there are no shortage of people still suggesting that this will be the extent of the Hunter Biden charges (it won’t be), and that the fix is still in (that remains to be seen). But consider the sources. Those who are saying those things are the same people who attempted to have you think that Weiss was only elevated to keep him from testifying before the House Oversight Committee (which is also false because they could still call him), and that Weiss would let the statute of limitations run on these gun charges at the end of the month without charging. Not everything is a conspiracy and rest assured this is the last thing than Joe and Hunter Biden wanted to have happen. It’s evidence that the fix isn’t entirely in.
  3. The UAW is the problem. As a phased in strike with the United Auto Workers has begun, the PR war to obtain the high ground in whatever will be in this situation is well underway. But while reporting is often only as reliable as the source itself and the spin from all sides is in – there's a clear problem party in this labor standoff. The United Auto Workers are the problem. No, I’m not going to wade into an analysis of wages, proposals and the general minutia of this situation. It’s not necessary. You see the UAW created the problem they’re now expecting the American auto companies, and by proxy anyone who buys their vehicles, to pay for. On April 21st, 2020, the UAW announced their endorsement of Joe Biden for President of the United States. In their press release they stated: The country needs a president who will demonstrate clear, stable leadership, less partisan acrimony and more balance to the rights and protections of working Americans. UAW Members need a federal government that ensures that members have both a good job to go to, and that they come home to their families at night having earned a fair day’s wage in a safe and secure place. Well smart guys, you got what you asked for, minus you know, any of the positives because of you know – it being Joe Biden that is the actual president. Anyway, yesterday just before the strike deadline, the UAW said this: We are seeing movement from the companies, but they're still not willing to agree on the kinds of raises that will make up for inflation on top of decades of falling wages. Right, wages that will make up for inflation. Oh, and they’re demanding four-day work weeks as well because they’re really hardish working types as well. It’s at this point that I shouldn’t have to illustrate the point. And lest you think that this is just UAW leadership that’s stuck on stupid. 97% of workers voted to back this position. The UAW created their problem. Now they want you to pay for their problem which they also helped make yours in the form of the very inflation we also suffer under the weight of every day. And meanwhile, somewhere, Elon Musk who’s smart enough not to hitch his business to fools like this is smiling...and profiting.
