Illegal Immigrants Strike In Palm Beach County - Top 3 Takeaways

Illegal Immigrants Strike In Palm Beach County - Top 3 Takeaways – March 15th, 2024

  1. Standing up and standing tall. Yesterday my top takeaways centered around Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw’s presser Wednesday addressing the heinous kidnapping and repeated raping of a woman near John Prince Park. Among the important points articulated by Bradshaw... Don’t think for a minute that what happens at the Mexican Border doesn’t affect us here. In all likelihood these people came through Mexico. They didn’t come through here. I can tell you that for sure. But for them to be in this country and to be able to commit these types of crimes is unconscionable. The federal government has put the American people in jeopardy. These idiots in Washington D.C. need to close this border. In order for this mess to get cleaned up they’ve got to stop what’s coming across the border and it can be done. Today I want to address what we learned yesterday in my interview with Sheriff Bradshaw. Specifically, this... When I asked him about one of the illegal immigrants involved in the attack having been detained by the Palm Springs Police Department for driving without a license in January and released on a $100 fee and a diversion program, he said this: I hadn’t heard that but I’m not surprised. We contacted ICE on these three guys and there’s detainers on them. But see that’s the system that used to be in place. If you stopped an illegal for any type of traffic problem. They had no driver’s license. They’re illegally in the United States. They used to be brought to the county jail and we’d call ICE. We had an ICE agent in the jail, and they would take them down to Miami to (process them for deportation). Under the present administration at the federal government, that doesn’t happen anymore. They’ve limited ICE’s ability to do anything. That’s part of the problem. Basically, it’s an open floodgate and hands off the people that are here...and it can’t keep going like that. They’ve got to get back to the days where ICE did their job, and we did our job. Now, let’s think about this for a minute. Not only do we know that if Joe Biden isn’t President of the United States that Laken Riley’s still alive today...along with countless other victims of Biden’s open border...we also know that this kidnapping and sexual assault of a woman in our community wouldn’t have happened. That’s true even without knowing exactly where and when it was that these illegal immigrants came over.
  2. That’s due to law enforcement having already had an encounter with them. A law enforcement encounter under the Trump administration would have led to an ICE detainer request for deportation, but that under the Biden administration evidently leads to a $100 fine and a “diversion program” with the hands of local agencies appearing to be tied. It appears the illegal immigrant diverted towards a far more serious crime – just as was the case with the illegal immigrant in Laken Riley’s murder. Recall how he was arrested by NYPD but released? It appears to be a part of a pattern of how our intentionally broken system is effectively conditioning illegal immigrants who commit additional crimes once here, that they’re more or less free to do so. You’ve likely seen the images of the illegal immigrants flipping off TV cameras after being released from NYPD for assaulting police officers. Think about this logically for a moment. If you entered this country illegally and were not only allowed to do so by the government, but also provided with government assistance programs in the process – what message does that send? Then consider that you’ve been relocated to your destination of choice by the government along with your assistance programs. What kind of message does that send? Then let's say that that you commit a crime in the location you’ve been sent to and local police arrest and process you with not even so much as a slap on the wrist for the crime that you committed? What’s the message that sends? As I noted in my recent analysis regarding crimes committed by illegal immigrants:
  3. Americans are now 15-times more likely to be a victim of a noncitizen than they were during the Trump administration. And it goes right down the line. Pick your crime and the story is the same. There were more sexual assaults by noncitizens that happened during Joe Biden’s first year in office than happened under the Trump presidency.  I’ve often said that the most pervasive form of bias in news media is omission of information. That remains true. However, in many respects, it’s far more nefarious than just withholding the truth about how much more at risk you are of being a victim of crime due to Biden’s open border policies. They’ve often chosen to directly lie to you in suggesting that “noncitizens” are less likely to commit crimes than American citizens. Also, notably, have you noticed coverage by local news outlets? Some have opted to not even mentioned the immigration status of the illegal immigrants who committed these heinous crimes. Others have toed the Biden administration's talking points by simply referring to them as “undocumented”. As I also recently covered previewing what we were set to experience... Asylum seekers are being brought into Florida by the Biden administration at a rate that is 220% higher than the national average. Florida has been the top location for illegal immigrant relocations by the Biden Administration. The total influx and legal backlog of asylum seekers in Florida is now over 24 times higher than usual. Non-citizens are now 914% more likely to commit a federal crime than the average American. How do we expect that to work out? What we’ve witnessed this week, as Sheriff Bradshaw has warned, is potentially just the beginning of what we’re to be faced with locally due to Biden’s border crisis. It’s important to be vigilant.
