Matt Ryan threw for 220 yards and a touchdown and hit 18-of-26 passing as the Atlanta Falcons beat the Miami Dolphins 23-6 in preseason action on Friday night.
Julio Jones caught four passes for 90 yards while Roddy White caught a score for the Falcons, who got their first win of the preseason. Tim Toone caught a 39-yard score from Dominique Davis while Matt Bryant hit three field goals.
Dolphins rookie Ryan Tannehill was only 11-for-27 with 112 yards and an interception.
Dan Carpenter kicked two field goals for the Fins; a 22 yarder and 52 yarder.
Miami is now at 0-3 on the preseason, and according to cbssports.com, Joe Philbin said he is concerned about the state of the team.
