In case you haven't heard, South Florida is in talks for hosting the 50th anniversary of the Super Bowl.

In fact, Sun Life Stadium is one of two finalists to host the big game in 2016.

More on the story here.

That brings us to this question...do the Miami Dolphins have a real shot of being good enough to compete for a league title by then?

Quarterback Ryan Tannehill will be in his fourth season, a time when many promising rookies tend to make it to Super Bowl champ-status.

The defense is young and so are many of the players on offense.  They will be wiley veterans by the 2015 season.

Please take part in our poll and let us know if the Fins have a shot at being the first team in NFL history to play the Super Bowl in their home stadium, and feel free to comment below the article.
