Well, Miami held "the great Tom Brady" to a season-low 74.8 quarterback rating on Sunday.
They held a team that was scoring in the 40s and 50s as the entered Sunlife Stadium to just 23 points upon their exit.
But, in the end, it wasn't enough to beat the Patriots. No, to win games in the NFL you actually need an offense. The Fins proved once again that they just don't have the fire power to win consistently in this league.
The team is now 5-7, heading to San Francisco, with a match against the 8-3-1 49ers next Sunday.
The only chance the 5-7 Dolphins have is to hope young Niners quarterback Colin Kaepernick puts in a performance worse than the shaky one he put in against the Rams on Sunday, rather than the ones he put on during his first two weeks of play.
But, the bottom line once again is, Tannehill, Hartline and Bush need to find a way to put up some points, if the team is to avoid a fourth consecutive losing season.
At the beginning of the season, I said Miami would be 8-8.
Then, I was optimistic. Now, I'm doubting they'll reach that level.
