For the first time since taking office just over a year ago Governor Rick Scott's approval rating is over 40%. According to Peter Brown of Quinnipiac University the Governor's Approval rating now stands at 41% up from 29 % last May. The Governor still has a 41-46% disapproval number but he has made the positive gain. Scott's best numbers are in the Panhandle and Southwest Florida. His lowest numbers are right here at home in South Florida.
