Tired of waiting in line or taking a number at Publix for a Deli sandwich? Starting on August 3rd you will be able to order from your computer and smartphone.
Also, designated areas will be set up inside the store for you to order, just in case you work up an appetite while shopping. The service will also be available to you from your home computer so you can order your sub and have it ready when you are done shopping.
While on the order site, customers can specify meat and cheese types wanted on their sandwich and can include what time they will be picking up the order.
The chain will start with 50 locations, adding more in the future. The service will be run on a test basis for now.
