Secretary David Wilkins said the agency's new theme, ``My Florida Families,'' stresses the importance of community and family strength and highlights the work the agency is doing across the state.
The colorful new logo features an image of children and adults with outstretched arms and is noticeably cheerier than the old logo. Officials spent $84,525 on the website and $310 on the logo.
The new website now offers map linking to multiple services, including child care facilities, mental health treatment and addresses where they can apply for assistance.
Users can also sign up for automatic email and text alerts about specific programs.
