Boca Raton Regional Hospital is tied for 12th in South Florida, with Memorial Regional in Hollywood, and ranks 23rd in the state.
The U.S. News & World Report judges medical centers by their ability to excel in handling the toughest cases in their fields. Boca Raton Regional gets an award for Best in Gastroenterology.
No other Palm Beach County hospitals are on this specific list, though several local medical centers have found themselves on other high-performing lists recently.
