Tropical Storm Isaac will be remembered as the storm that left many of us under water. Flooding was heavy and widespread throughout Palm Beach County and Randy Smith with the South Florida Water Management District says it's because we got a lot more rain than expected. All of Palm Beach County east of I-95 is under a flood warning until 10:30pm Monday night.
