Authorities say a storm surge driven by Hurricane Isaac is overtopping a levee in Plaquamines Parish, south of New Orleans.
Our Joel Malkin talked to Jim Fisher, Program Director of our sister station, Rush Radio 99.5 WRNO in New Orleans, this morning about Hurricane Isaac.
Jim told us more about the levee that is overtopping and talked about what they are experiencing.
The two also discussed how Isaac is not behaving like a typical storm, something we discovered in South Florida earlier this week.
