Republican U.S. House member Allen West is in the middle of a fight to win re-election to the House.
The latest numbers show that West is trailing slightly to Democratic political newcomer Patrick West in the District 18 race.
He's in court on Friday, claiming voting "irregularities" in Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties.
