GOP Congressman Allen West wants a recount!

Both candidates fighting for the District 18 congressional seat are headed to Washington D.C.
Rep. Allen West is returning Tuesday as Congress goes back into session. The man expecting to replace him, Patrick Murphy, is heading to an orientation for new House members.
Their fight isn't over, though.
While Murphy has been declared the "unofficial" winner in the race, West's campaign is threatening lawsuits, claiming malfeasance by the St. Lucie County supervisor of elections.
Protests are being held in St. Lucie County, over the controversy in the race. Republican Congressman Allen West ran against democrat Murphy. That's because after an early recount, Murphy had slightly more votes than west. Concerned veteran Fred Perry is organizing the demonstrations.
