The 2013 Starz of the Future competition gets underway Friday night.
If you're heading to the South Florida Fair this weekend, the popular "Starz of the Future" compeition runs through Sunday.
You could compare it to "American Idol" or perhaps we should say "The Voice". That's because the most recent winner of that show, Cassadee Pope, who won "Starz of the Future" at the 2005 South Florida Fair.
The fair runs through Sunday, Feburary 3.
